Proven experience in team management or operational leadership roles (required).
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong understanding of international freight processes (air/sea), customs procedures, warehousing operations, and domestic distribution.
Proficiency with logistics systems, warehouse management tools, or transportation management software (experience with Parcelmate is an advantage).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
