2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities
This role forms the critical backbone of our local operations, facilitating efficient logistical operations
Have general knowledge of market(s) POE and build schedule month over month
LMs are the gatekeepers for all materials flowing into the market
The LM is responsible for not overdriving excess material
Working knowledge of Site Tracker, ESR, and ESR FIM (when implemented)
Ability to pull reports as needed and communicate said reports with the market
Working knowledge of all Ericsson or Distributor Open Order Reports
Have working knowledge of BOM Readiness reports/dashboard to communicate what additional actions the project teams need to take to have an ESR BOM processed in SAP
Coordinate material deliveries into market based on “Need By Dates.”
Have working knowledge of all material needed on a project and what the delivery ETAs are to the market warehouse
Coordinate the customer warehouse pickups by E///, GC, or Distributor
Coordinate the material picks by E/// or GC from the market warehouse
Ensure material is picked up timely from the market warehouse
Coordinate delivery and packing of POD (per POD process)
Coordinate the movement of hardware to customer site locations
Ensure POD is delivered to the site per schedule
Build Execution (throughout the process):
Attend any weekly deployment meetings
Advise on material statuses on a per-site basis
Re-allocation of site material for 100% (Final BOM)
Reuse of any excess into future site builds
Coordinate requirements for special projects and maintain tracking information (manual)
Milestone Management in Site Tracker:
Responsible for supply and logistics milestones in Site Tracker
Such as CI006 (Material in Market), HW6050 Ericsson supplied HW Call-off
Track customer-owned material in market
Including managing ERF and VAST for AT&T
Reconciliation of outstanding or missing items
General status knowledge of all material movements in market

Initial Planning:
