Job Description
• will be responsible for complete email communication to sales team (each request to be responded for BRN, pickup and delivery replies), entire paperwork including E Waybill and DC copies
• shall be responsible for MIS management & accurate reporting
• shall be able to give required data as and when required
• should manage end to end communication with sales team & warehouse team
• should manage communication with Criticalog spokes for operations and proper eway bill closure/updation.
• can be assigned other responsibilities regarding reverse Logistics as per business requirements
• Fluent English Mandatory
