Job Role
Daily Operation:
• Monitoring of the stock level at all C&F locations.
• Dispatch planning of FG stocks as per the requirement & coordination with sales team.
• Planning of CP items checking the availability at stores and coordination with promotion team.
• Daily planning of the CP stocks availability and requirement as per the projection.
• Planning of the trucks for dispatch of FG stocks.
• Coordination with transporters for the placement of vehicle for C&F locations.
• Coordination with factory team for production progress of the given weekly plan.
Weekly Operation
• Production planning given to factory for all C&F location & entering the FGR in system for all location.
• Coordination with respective sales team for the weekly requirement.
• Monitoring the weekly requirement and dispatch status.
• Coordination with factory for the previous weeks pending order and plan for dispatch.
• Checking of the transport bill, onward delivery bill of C&F, stock transfer bill etc.
• Monitoring of the ageing of the stock at C&F/ mother WH and planning to liquidate the stock ASAP.
• Preparation of different MIS in a periodic manner weekly, fortnightly, monthly, half yearly, yearly.
