Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily booking and dispatch of consignments, updating records, tracking shipments, and ensuring the resolution of any logistics issues in real-time. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, and the capacity to work independently while managing routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Booking & Dispatch:
• Coordinate the booking and dispatch of consignments on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all bookings and deliveries.
• Daily Updates & Tracking:
• Maintain up-to-date records in Excel for all consignments, updating status and tracking information regularly.
• Share the daily status updates with senior management to keep them informed of progress and any delays.
• Consignment Tracking:
• Monitor the status of consignments on a daily basis, ensuring shipments are delivered on time.
• Track and resolve any delays or issues proactively, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution:
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues in real-time, coordinating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams as needed.
• Ensure minimal disruption to operations and maintain efficient workflows.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer queries via phone and WhatsApp, ensuring all questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling complaints or concerns in a calm and effective manner.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage routine administrative tasks such as updating consignment databases, creating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any discrepancies.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹+,000.00 per month
