Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and organize products based on various categories and order requirements.
• Accurately pack products for shipment, ensuring safe handling and packaging.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track product movements and update inventory records.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet performance and quality targets.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or other issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to support operational efficiency.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse management systems.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with inventory management, sorting, and packing is an advantage.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time positions available with varying shifts.
• Standard shift hours range from 8 to 12 hours per day.
• Flexibility required to work during peak seasons, holidays, and weekends.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills to handle operational issues as they arise.
• Basic numeracy skills to assist with inventory management.
