Konec USA is seeking a versatile Logistics Operations Specialist to manage our end-to-end supply chain functions. As we expand our Houston operations, we need a "data-savvy" professional who can handle complex logistics administration using Advanced Excel, manage both inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This role offers a significant growth path toward a leadership position as our team scales.
[Key Responsibilities]
Data & System Management: Master our system and maintain complex logistics trackers in Excel to ensure 100% data integrity.
End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of shipments—from international import (Korea to Houston) to domestic delivery to major OEM customers.
Customs & Compliance: Audit shipping documents, coordinate with customs brokers, and ensure all shipments meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements.
Vendor Management: Negotiate with and monitor the performance of freight forwarders, drayage companies, and LTL/FTL carriers.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current logistics flow and develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve efficiency as the team grows.
HQ Liaison: Act as the primary bilingual bridge between our South Korean headquarters and the Houston operations team.
[Qualifications]
Language: Native or Professional fluency in both English and Korean.
Technical Skills: Expert level in Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage large datasets without errors.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in logistics, SCM, or manufacturing operations. (Automotive industry experience is a high plus).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
