As an Account Executive, you\u201+ll get to help build processes, identify targets, close opportunities and expand customer revenue.
Essential job functions:
Initiate, develop and grow relationships with shippers in the third-party logistics brokerage world
Responsible for results-focused sales calls every day
Once a book of business has been obtained, the Account Executive will rely on our experienced Logistics Coordinators for support
20% commission - high earning potential
What you need to be successful:
Strong communication, networking, tactical and creative skills to succeed in developing new business opportunities
Must be self-motivated

Key Responsibility
Develop and manage customer base; pursue and secure business.
Acquire new customers focusing on specific lanes, commodities, new markets, contract opportunities, and specialized equipment.
Establish integrated solutions in order to meet customers\u201+ needs, requirements, and satisfaction.
To bring opportunities to the table in terms of customers\u201+ spot quotes and bids.
Present and negotiate the rate(s) with the customer, then close and secure business.
