Program Manager
Manage LogOS program deliverables, ensuring a smooth execution along the yearly cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
Analyze current CE processes and chapters to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for streamlined operations.
Develop CE process content by creating workflows based on expert descriptions, updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials to equip business units with efficient task execution.
Monitor and manage CE pillar health check scores through regular audits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate performance and compliance against established LogOS standards.
Collect and analyze data related to CE performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SAMBC and Service/Maverick.
Implement action plans in collaboration with CE teams and staff.
Understand LogOS strategy, cycle, profile, and context, promoting effective communication and aligning teams with program expectations.
Communicate progress, challenges, and results to key stakeholders, including upper management and department heads.
Apply PDCA and SDCA methodologies to promote operational efficiency and develop action plans for exceptional project outcomes.
Identify opportunities to automate analysis processes using LogOS tools, improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making speed.
Prioritize activities within agreed timelines while adhering to quality expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to CE teams throughout planning, prioritization, health checks, and LogOS implementation phases.
