Logistics Specialist

Manage LogOS program deliverables, timelines and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution along the yearly cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current CE processes and chapters, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to streamline operations.

Develop CE process content, creating workflows based on expert descriptions and updating SOPs, work instructions and training materials to equip business units for efficient task execution.

Monitor and manage CE pillar health check scores, conducting regular audits, inspections and assessments to evaluate performance and compliance against LogOS standards.

Collect and analyze data related to CE performance, including KPIs such as SAMBC and Service/Maverick.

Implement action plans in collaboration with CE teams and staff.

Align teams with LogOS strategy, cycle, profile and context through effective communication.

Communicate progress, challenges and results to key stakeholders, including upper management and department heads.

Apply PDCA and SDCA methodologies to promote operational efficiency and develop action plans for exceptional project outcomes.

Identify opportunities to automate analysis processes using LogOS tools, improving efficiency and enabling faster decision-making.

Prioritize activities within agreed timelines, ensuring quality expectations are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to CE teams during planning, prioritization, health checks and LogOS implementation phases.
