Logistics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional with a background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Nahur, Mumbai as a Logistics & Operations Executive.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial accuracy in various logistics and operations tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Ensure timely readiness of tender documents and quotations, support development of audit reports, SOPs, and logistics tools.

Customer Excellence: Monthly rate updates in portals as per Commercial Team inputs, handle CFA and Sales & Distribution operations in SAP.

Financial Excellence: Manage cheque compliance and align with order policy, review and adjust overdue and unadjusted credit balances monthly.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 7-+ years of experience in logistics and operations.

Bachelor's degree (B.Sc or B.Com) or higher.

Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.

Expertise in logistics and CFA operations, pricing and costing, logistics management, operations management, and SAP (Sales Order Processing).
