Overview
The Logistics Lead will ensure all orders are accurately packed and shipped on time, maintain inventory records, receive and organize stock, and support the broader operations and finance teams. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Pack and process all customer orders (B2C and B2B) with attention to detail and quality
Manage daily shipment pick-ups and coordinate with courier/delivery partners
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels across all SKUs
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory from suppliers or production units
• Conduct regular stock counts and flag low inventory levels or discrepancies
• Coordinate with the finance team on invoicing and stock reconciliation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage/packing area
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any shipping issues or delays
• Assist marketing and PR team with product launches, PR kits, or special collaborations
Qualifications
• 2 – 6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and order fulfilment or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mind set
