Process Packing List & Commercial invoice documents by validating data.
Create, assemble, and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and
regulations.
Ensure timely processing of export shipments.
Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors, and other third-party industry providers.
Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including CHA, freight forwarders, vendors, and customers.
Follow-up & coordinating with respective source point for meeting the customer urgencies.
Maintain export files in an organized and catalogued system.
Support cross-functional departments involved in Exports.
Knowledge on documentation, bank guarantee, letter of credit, along with these, basic export commercial knowledge such as INCO terms, logistic
management is required.
