• Manage a team of 120-150 Pickup and Delivery Partners on a daily basis.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of team member attendance and performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and create plans to enhance overall performance.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to support employee growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in process improvement and operations management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
