As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for a dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic inside sales team supporting the company's sales activities and its customers.
What will you do?
Purchasing:
• Create purchase orders for current and forecasted demand
• Ensure purchase orders have correct price, freight charge, and delivery date
• Follow-up with vendors on back-orders and notify operations of impacts to project ship dates
Invoicing:
• Plan and Invoice Sales Orders in ERP
• Coordinate with warehouse team and ensure smooth outbound shipments
Supply Chain Management:
• Demand forecasting and Inventory Management
• Build and maintain continuous supply
• Coordinate with warehouse department for customer queries regarding dispatches and deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels for critical parts
• Work with the teams to coordinate sourcing of volume parts
• Work with the sales team to provide vendors forecasting information
• Manage orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Day-to-Day:
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Demonstrate effective communication (both written and verbal)
• Help with inventory counts as and when required
• Maintain, optimise and analyse data in ERP
Who are you?
• College diploma/degree in related field
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook
