The Role:

Accountability for all BAU warehouse operations and the warehousing team, including responsibility for the end to end order fulfilment - inbound/outbound/returns/inventory

Overseeing accurate and timely receipting of inwards goods into central warehouse (count and put away) hearing aids, accessories, stationery, batteries, audiology equipment and other items (hereafter referred to as Stock)

Daily/weekly order monitoring of the fulfillment of stock orders from central warehouse

Future Daily order fulfillment of HA orders from central warehouse to clinics

Accurate and timely picking, packing and distribution of Fox Web to customers

Accurate recording stock adjustments into Amplifon database (Oracle) to maintain robust inventory

Overseeing the physical return flow, support Returns Specialist and end to end credit note recovery process - monthly montioring KPI's

Implement exception reports inc. Out of Stock, order fulfillment tracking.

Actively monitor of all clinic orders and outbound status - monitor KPI's

Continuous improvements/process improvements to embed a robust platform for further expansion

Ensure QC for outbound orders

Maintain updated S&OP documentations for key process flows

Provide insights monthly to global Supply Chain

Oversee warehouse inventory management and work closely with Planning & Inventory Specialist

Key contact for courier partners & freight forwarder - monitor volume, trends, and cost

Overseeing cycle count & full stocktake in the warehouse adhering to financial audit requirement

Team Management:

Directly responsible for the management, engagement, and development of logistics team

Support the recruitment, training, and induction of new staff in the team

Track and address daily operational issues including people management and team's workload and activity

Monitor and address technical issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

Monitor team's activities to ensure best performance of list and variety of tasks for team.

Support Head of Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Manager as and when required, including gathering information and resolve issues

Manage the required resources for causals and/or sick/annual leave.

Miscellaneous responsibilities:

Distribution of marketing material and other mail outs to clinic

Provision of required information and documents for internal and external stakeholders

Identify and implement process improvement and internal controls

Project support/involvement - WMS/1PC

Work Experience Essential:

Experience in a central warehouse/DC or 3PL - managing warehouse teams

Advanced experience in use of Microsoft Excel, Office 365

Experience in process improvement initiatives & strategic planning

WMS exposure & ERP knowledge (Oracle, Fox, Salesforce)
