JD.com is offering internship opportunities to graduate students at one of our warehouse locations in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in e-commerce, technology, and related businesses, a passion for solving business problems, and a strategic growth mindset. Key Responsibilities:
• Optimise our supply chain and logistics processes.
• Using data analysis to streamline and identify any pain points in our supply chain.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating partnerships and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather data and insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business plans and operational processes.
• Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between July 2026 and July 2026.
• Available for at least 6 months of full-time (40 hours/week) internship based in Dunstable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• A strong analytical mind with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and perform analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, shipping, e-commerce, retail, or a related area.
• Understanding of the UK consumer market.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL.
