Job Overview:
As a Delivery/Admin Executive, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders and ensuring their timely delivery to customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and reliable delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, following the provided guidelines and instructions.
Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring the safety and security of the packages.
Safely and responsibly operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
Collect payments, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges, as required.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.
Maintain accurate records of delivered orders and update delivery status in the system.
Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to the supervisor or appropriate department.
Follow proper safety protocols to ensure personal safety and protect company assets.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent knowledge of local routes and areas.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and delivery.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Physical stamina to handle package lifting and carrying.
Familiarity with GPS devices or navigation apps.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
