We are seeking a talented individual to join and lead the Revenue Management team on a full-time basis for three properties in the South Kensington area (SW7): The Gore, The Pelham, and The Franklin. These three hotels are part of Starhotels Collezione, where family-style management and a caring, considerate approach to staff are at the heart of our philosophy.

The Collezione includes the group's top thirteen luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the most iconic cities, including New York, Paris, London, Milan, Trieste, and Venice. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies tailored to each hotel's unique offerings and market dynamics. Collaborate closely with the Global Director of Revenue Management and Distribution to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Revenue Optimization: Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to adjust pricing and inventory strategies effectively. Drive revenue growth through dynamic pricing, promotions, and strategic partnerships. Team Development and Collaboration: Lead a dedicated revenue management team, ensuring best practices are shared and adopted across all three hotels. Foster a collaborative atmosphere with sales, marketing, and operational teams to maximize revenue opportunities. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets, providing insights and forecasts to the Global Director. Monitor financial performance regularly, analyzing variances and adjusting strategies as needed. Inventory and Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels, ensuring optimal inventory management and strategic use of online platforms to enhance direct bookings. Utilize revenue management systems and tools effectively to monitor performance and manage pricing. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for revenue enhancement. Stay informed about industry trends and shifts in customer behavior, using insights to inform revenue strategies. Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management strategies and provide recommendations for improvements. Track KPIs and revenue metrics, utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or related roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions within the hospitality sector. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management tools and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of the UK hospitality market and competitive landscape is preferred. Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
