Key Responsibilities

Identify and report potential hazards and concerns to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as scheduled.
