The role involves providing tailored wellness and healthcare consultations to members, emphasizing preventative care and personal health optimization. The professional will develop individualized health plans, monitor member progress, and provide expert advice on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, fitness, and stress management. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure holistic wellness solutions for members.
Qualifications
• Medical expertise in preventative care, health optimization, and wellness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain connections with members
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor personalized health and wellness programs
• Proficiency in collaborating with fitness and wellness professionals for integrated care
• Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and mental health practices
• Proven track record of working in a wellness or similar healthcare-oriented environment
• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification in a relevant field
• Experience with technology-driven health monitoring systems is an advantage
