Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of creative concepts and visual styles for advertising campaigns.
• Design layouts, graphics, and compositions for print ads, brochures, hoardings, press releases, etc.
• Collaborate with copywriters, senior creatives, and account managers to ensure brand alignment.
• Translate briefs into original creative output that resonates with the target audience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation.
• Prepare mockups and presentation materials for client pitches.
• Support in storyboard creation for TVCs or video ads.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, illustrators, and production houses.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferably in mainline/traditional media).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing mainline ad campaigns (print, OOH, etc.).
• A good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualities:
• Passionate about big ideas and visual storytelling.
• Able to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with Indian advertising sensibilities and cultural trends (if applicable).

• Develop photorealistic digital humans for cinematic-quality VFX.
• Manage the full production pipeline including modelling, sculpting, texturing, grooming, look development, lighting , and final presentation.
• Collaborate with artists, supervisors, and production teams to ensure delivery of high-quality character assets and VFX shots .
• Process and refine 3D / 4D scan data to build accurate, photo-real digital doubles .
Softwares :
You must be fluent in the following tools :
• Maya
• ZBrush

• Renderman
• Arnold
• Houdini
• XGen
• Nuke
• Photoshop
• Wrap3D / Wrap4D
• Unreal Engine

Required Skill Sets :
• Excellent grasp of anatomy, facial forms, and digital double creation
• Advanced skills in texturing and developing pipeline to create displacement, specular, SSS maps .
• Hands-on experience with Houdini grooming for hair / fur
• Look-dev strength in RenderMan
• Knowledge of facial workflows : FACS, blendshapes, scan processing (Wrap3D / 4D scans)
• Strong artistic judgment and technical problem-solving mindset
