What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll be working 1:1 with a client, either at home or out in the community, helping with things like:
• Daily routines and structure
• Social skills and communication
• Community outings (parks, stores, activities)
• Emotional support and redirection
• Building independence step by step
You're not just "watching" someone-you're helping them grow.

The Details
• $18.50/hour starting pay
• Paid training (we'll get you certified in CPR, First Aid, Article 9)
