Main duties and responsibility :

Sales: Achieve value sales of the assigned store(s).
2.
Demand Generation Activities: Working with the Influencers to generate demand for the brand
3.
Store Upkeep: Maintaining store hygiene, stock management, etc.
4.
Project/ Institutional Sales: Working on projects/ institutions in the assigned geography and generating sales by converting sites

EXP- 6 months to 2 years in Sales Experience

Requirements
Graduate with 6 month – 3 years of experience inField Sale/Business Development/Field Marketing Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Versant Level 4) Strong negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and products Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is often required in this position.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position may include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new Sellers. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends. Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales activities, including Sellers visits. Achieving and exceeding sales targets of sellers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
