Job description
Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team at the Central Beacon Hotel. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and respond to queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Change bed linen and make beds to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
• Replace used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap, to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, and dust and polish furniture to keep our spaces clean and tidy.
• Empty trash containers and ashtrays, and restock beverages and food items in the minibar to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Clean public areas, such as corridors, and report any technical issues or maintenance needs to the relevant authorities.
• Update the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet to keep track of room assignments.
• Return and restock the cleaning cart at the end of each shift to maintain efficiency.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
