Currently we are looking to hire HR Intern. He/she will be responsible to provide end to end recruitment across the Institrute and assist in other HR operational activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end process of staff hiring and manage interview, selection, and closing of positions.
Telephonic, scheduling for test and coordination for interview, demo and Principal round of the candidate.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
Facilitating new staff joining formalities.
Data Management- assisting in compliance related
Assisting in Management reporting
Miscellaneous work as per the requirement.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree from reputed Colleges/University
Masters degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/or related field will be preferable
1-3 years of experience in HR department

Skills:

Hands on in Recruitment and other HR operational activities
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Avid learner
Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
