Job Description
We are currently looking for a creative, resourceful Lead Software Developer to join talented engineering team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading a team, facing technological challenges, and develop high quality software.
You will be responsible to,
Work with the project team to define functional requirements and estimate completion times in a goal-setting environment.
Design, development, and maintenance of internet-based applications, windows desktop applications and other technologies within a supportive and mentoring environment
Lead a team of 6 to 7 members
Troubleshoot technical issues with high-impact production applications in collaboration with a team of technical experts
You should have,
Leadership skills
People management skills
Bachelors in computer science, information technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
6 to + years of professional experience with web and desktop development programming and design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with the following programming languages/technologies:
HTML 5, Java Script, JQuery, CSS 3.0, and XML, Knockout
ASP.NET MVC 4, ASP.NET Web Forms, C#
Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012
Windows Azure (optional)
Experience with Legal domain is an added advantage.
