Position - Logistics Coordinator
Experience- Min 4 Years
Job Location: Thane - Waghle Estate
Qualification: Graduate & Certification or Degree in International Trade & Logistics is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for taking care end to end Import & Export Clearances, and movement of material from warehouses across the globe.
Supervise Value-Added Services like Re-packing, Re-labelling according to the requirements of the customer.
Manage 3rd party warehouses to store material safely, coordinate to distribute within India.
Coordinate with Clearing Agents proactively to clear shipments in time without demurrages & detention
Explore adding new Agents and warehouses.
Handle freight inquiries for the overall company whether it. is from the sales team or for firm orders to achieve Year over Year (YoY) target for ocean freight reduction.
Implement digital tools to enable the sales & logistics team to access valid freight costs for any routes to execute orders quickly at less cost.
Explore to add new Agents, and warehouses.
Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics
Skill Requirements
Should have strong knowledge & hands-on experience on end to end local & international logistics.
Knowledge of ERP system & MS Office (Preferred to have Excellent skills in MS Excel)
Must have experience in Ocean transport , letter of credit, import /export documentation, international freight forwarding export
