Job Description
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at onsemis premier 200mm manufacturing facility, you will work in a dynamic team environment, perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of innovative semiconductor manufacturing tools. Each day you will be challenged by working on a diverse set of tools with a world-class team.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations.
• Dismantle, adjust and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals.
• Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment.
• Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications.
• Perform scheduled tool qualifications.
• Vendor management and coordination.
• Opportunity to provide leadership to other technicians by providing training and mentoring.
• Other duties as assigned.

Note: After 3 - 6 months of training on day shift, you must be able and willing to work D Shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday e/o Saturday - 7:00 PM - 7:06 AM).
• Associates/technical degree or currently working towards degree.
• Able and willing to work D Shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday e/o Saturday - 7:00 PM - 7:06 AM).
• High level attention to detail
• Methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivator; ability to work independently under general guidance and direction
• Ability to independently learn systems and processes associated with the role
Preferred Experience:
• 2+ years of prior technician experience
• MS Excel and Word skills a plus
• Experience with Thin Films area equipment: Novellus Concept Two (Speed, SEQ, Altus), AMAT (Endura, Centura, Producer) is preferred
