Position: Manager- Data Center Analyst
Experience : 7+ years
Role : Full Time Payroll
Location: Pune
Salary: Up To 22 LPA
Education : Any Graduate

· Deep Knowledge of server hardware platforms and virtualization architecture (vCenter/vSphere)
· Exposure to ESX Farm and VM clients ( know how of day-to-day operations decom/deploy/alerts)
· Strong knowledge in Bakcup and scheduling tools such as Networker and Control-M
· Knowledge of various operating systems & Hardware across unix and windows flavours , and able to articulate the pros and cons of each versions
· Good capacity & performance analysis skills and able to forecast the relevant infrastructure design aligned with business objectives.
· Must have good exposure to Design, build and administer AWS environment.
· Overall understanding and working knowledge of application stack such as Oracle Weblogic and java based applications.
· Deep knowledge in Oracle Database technologies from +g to 12c from both system and application perspective.
· Ability to operate under minimal supervision.
· Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills, customer oriented and organizational skills.
· Ability to deal responsibly with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and secure manner.
Required Experience:
1. 3+ Years experience on data centre transformation project , which includes Right sizing, replatforming, P2V ,Move to cloud and Network redesigning.
2. 5+ years hands-on administration of Unix, windows & VMWare environment
3. 5+ years hands-on management of unix & windows Servers and Active Directory
4. 1+ experience in administration of AWS.Certified a plus.
5. 5+ years hands-on experience managing internal and external DNS for multiple domains
6. 5+ years hands-on experience with Enterprise backup.
7. 3+ Years hands-on experience in creating technical design documents, MS Project Plan , Visio and excellent MS excel skills
