Responsibilities:
• Manage sales operation and coordinate with site sales team to achieve sales target and keep records of sales associates productivity.
• Report on sales activities to top management
• Keep records of sales associates productivity
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills in a strong customer service environment.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Develop effective training programs that teach sales associates how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.
• Interpret and communicate overall organizational purpose, critical measures, strategies, and progress as it relates to the department and individual team member goals and success.
• Provide broad-based recognition by recognizing positive behaviors, achievements, and results exhibited by team members across the organization in a consistent and professional manner.
• Review and communicate performance standards and expectations of team members as often as necessary to ensure accountability and effective execution.
• Provide open and transparent communication with team members and departments across the organization.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Good command of the English language is a must and Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fundamental deposit and loan concepts and practices preferred.
