We are looking male Logistics Coordinator in our Warehouse location

Qualification: Any Graduate

Exp: 3 to 6 yrs of experience in logistics

Location: Madhavaram, Chennai

Timings: 10. 00 am to 6.30 pm

Job description:

• Monitor and process customer orders.

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

• Coordinate with warehouses and delivery teams.

• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory.

• Prepare shipping documents like invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.

• Provide order status updates, delivery ETA, and address queries or complaints.

• Investigate and resolve delivery delays, damaged products, or mis-shipments.

• Process returns or exchanges as needed.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collect customer feedback to improve services

• Update customer records in CRM systems.

• Log interactions and issue resolutions for future reference.
