This role will involve managing the recruitment, training, and development of employees, as well as overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with laws and regulations.
HR Manager Roles and Responsibilities
• Report to the Management Team
• Recruitments & Training with MPP (ManPower Planning), with policies driven approach integrated with effective organisation streaming within the budget.
• Minimise attrition level production and back office.
• Attendance and wages calculations through biometrics software.
• Effectively and efficiently manage administration, information technology departments
• Policies compliances with inhouse and external communications.
• ESI & PF
• Keenly focus on the conduct and disciplinary issues considering the advantages and benefits for the organisation with prime note, grievousness redressal process should be taken into consideration with amicable solutions.
• Design and implement the company policies code of conduct, leave policies and implement too- too.
• Enhance the process for better productivity of employees.
HR Manager Skills Required
