About the role:
Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by offering personalised fragrance consultations across the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall counter performance
Develop strong client relationships through expert fragrance knowledge, storytelling, and follow-up service
Maintain a visually stunning and organised counter, reflecting the prestige and elegance of the brands
Stay up to date with fragrance trends, launches, and brand education, sharing insights with clients and teammates
Support in-store events, activations, and brand promotions, driving traffic and engagement
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control, ensuring availability of bestsellers and new releases
Collaborate with your team and store partners to deliver a consistent, high-standard customer experience
Uphold grooming standards and brand presentation to reflect the luxury image of L’Oréal Luxe
