Assist with classroom activities and projects, to include setting up and clean up

Monitor and supervise children during playtime and assist with facilitating appropriate playtime activities

Consider individual children in relationship to their cultural and socio-economic background and treat children with dignity and respect

Help children become aware of their role as integral members of a group

Assist in planned intergenerational activities, focusing on building relationships across the ages

Assist in snack preparation and serving

Assist the children during all mealtimes

Provide the best possible environment with the health and nutritional status of each child, promoting the development of good eating habits
