Jaguar is hiring for the position of Female Responder for Mumbai location.
Job Description:
Will regularly correspond via verbal communication with regulatory agencies, law enforcement, visitors and management.
Technical ability to operate and support the development of communication and IT based tools
Knowledge of Fire Safety, First Aid , CPR and Executive Protection
Monitoring and Periodic health check of physical security systems such as CCTV Cameras, Fire Panel, Alarm Portal etc.
Respond/coordinate response to safety and security issues on campuses in sync with the Standard Operating Procedures.
Liaison with local police stations, fire brigade and other associated authorities to validate information gathered from open sources.
Coordination with the facility management team for vendor facilitation and management of technical issues hampering security and safety.
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned or directed; to include assisting with security projects, access control badging, managing lost and found sections etc.
Expertise in carrying out Evacuation /Lockdown/Medical Evacuation.
Remains calm under pressure and in high stress environments, recommends actions and follows directions given by the Security Control Room
Delivers consistently with willingness to improve, learn and professional development
Maintains positive attitude towards work Is responsible towards tasks, accountable for mistakes, willing to learn
Proven leadership skills that will motivate the security team and company employees to a high level of understanding regarding various safety precautions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 25 to 35 yrs
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 or above.
Minimum 5 years experience of working in a corporate security environment preferred
High level of physical fitness.
Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi (written and verbal), including the ability to clearly communicate with external regulatory agencies and employees at every level.
The candidate must be ready to work in shifts and for extended hours as and when required.
