Overview:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment? PSSI Stadium LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. This position will support parking operations during stadium events. You’ll facilitate payments, manage space inventory, and ensure a smooth customer experience in one of Pittsburgh’s North Shore parking lots.
Responsibilities:
Payment Processing: Efficiently handle payments using credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet, ensuring smooth and quick transactions for our customers.
Access Control: Maintain a firm control of who is parking in your assigned lot based on the given digital parking system.
Space Management: Keep accurate records of the total number of spots utilized to maintain the correct remaining inventory.
Event Support: Provide excellent service during a variety of high-profile events, including all 9+ Pittsburgh Steelers home games and 7+ University of Pittsburgh Football home games as well as any auxiliary concerts/events in the Spring/Summer.
This position will be located in a parking lot in various locations on the North Shore Campus. The position will operate 7 hours outside in a parking lot until the game starts
Qualifications:
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a cellular device equipped with tap n’ go RFID capabilities.
Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 10 pounds.
Stamina & Weather Readiness: Comfortable working long hours outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, or cold.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work odd hours and late nights, adapting to the event schedule.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
Dependable: Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with a flexible schedule to accommodate various event timings.
Hours and Pay Rate:
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.25
Part Time Hours
Hours will be assigned sporadically throughout each month based on the event schedule
Shifts vary depending on the event start time and could include early mornings/late nights
