Lot Attendant Position Full-time Permanent
Budget Car & Truck Rental, a leader in the car rental industry, has a position for a Lot Attendant at our Victoria Airport location. Lot Attendants enhance Budget's service by providing a conceirge type customer experience. Shifts will include working weekends.
Job Duties
Greet customers
Assist customers with luggage as needed
Provide directions and information for Victoria and surrounding area
Completes basic administrative tasks
Answer customer questions
Provide excellent and professional service
Record fuel levels
Identify and record damage
Clean vehicles to high quality standards when necessary
Assist VIP customers and meet expectations of service
Position Requirements
Professional and courteous
Hardworking
Punctual and accountable for shifts
Willingness to learn
Qualifications and Experience
General customer service
Proven communication experience
Class 5 driver's license (required)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent listening and communication skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
Work along and in a team environment
Vehicle knowledge considered an asset
Working Conditions
Schedule that includes weekends and holidays
Ability to work within an airport and follow airport security requirements
Ongoing training and feedback
4 days per week, 10 hour shifts per day
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
