Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related field.

Proven experience in estimating for commercial and residential smart home integrated technology projects.

Proficiency in Visio, AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

Proficiency in DTools and Simpro.

Strong understanding of ELV (extra low voltage) and electrical principles and systems.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
