Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Perform basic life support procedures and assist with medical emergencies.
- Conduct health coaching sessions to educate patients on managing their health conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Skilled in medication administration and basic life support procedures.
