Job Title: LPN-LTC
Location: 216 14th Ave SW Sidney, MT- 5+270
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift:Day Shift: 5:45am-6:15pm
Guaranteed Hours: 36/hr
Guaranteed OT after:40 Hrs
Pay Details:
Local Pay:$42/hr
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates:
Hourly Pay: $50.00 an hour (Blended)
W2 Taxable: $20.00 an hour
Weekly Taxable:$720.00
Weekly Stipend(Non-taxable) : $1080.00
Gross Weekly Pay: $1800.00
OR
For Traveler 10++ Candidates:
Pay Rate on 10++ to the Candidate: $55.00
Weekly 10++ Traveler Pay Rate: $1,+80.00
Requirements:
LPN STATE OR COMPACT LICENSE
