This will enable you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, whilst enhancing your knowledge of Caterpillar's products, technologies and processes. 3.5 years of LTDP program provides you the foundation for future success as a selected member of Caterpillar’s operations community. There are rotational assignments based on business requirements and individual’s development needs. Three rotation assignments include:
• 6 months of Integrated orientation and training in Order to Delivery
• 3 Rotational assignments
• 1-Year in Operations Leadership
• 1-Year in Manufacturing Engineering
• 1-Year in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
• Continuous Coaching and Mentoring Graduate placement will focus predominantly on building the facility Section Manager pipeline. Individuals’ preferences will also be taken into account. Required Qualifications: ▪ B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical related discipline with 0 to 1 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, manufacturing operations processes, materials and / or quality ▪ Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills Relocation is available for this position.
