TOWBIN KIA is NOW hiring LUBE Technicians to join our GROWING team! We are a high volume dealership and offer training and continuing education! We want to invest in our technician family and train up our techs from Lube & general maintenance to MASTER techs!

This position allows an entry level technician to grow into a fully certified technician. We are looking for motivated individuals currently working (or have recently worked) in the automotive repair field.
We prefer at least one year of experience with automotive repair. He or she must be able to work productively in a team environment and must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform oil changes and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Conduct tire service, including rotation, balancing, and alignment.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs and maintenance.
• Assist in diagnosing automotive issues and recommend appropriate repairs or services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
• Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various maintenance tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
