Lube Technician
Position Summary:
The Lubrication Technician performs service and installation activities associated with automotive preventive maintenance lubrication products and services, in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Be able to perform all the essential functions of a Lubrication Technician and Cashier
• Follow International Service Standards procedures
• Be capable of training and supervising subordinates in the execution of their essential functions
• Assist guest with service complaints related to the service
• Ensure the completion of services and safety of guest vehicle prior to exiting service center
• Enforce employee use of safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment
• Complete all Computer Based Training classes thru Team Leader
• Comply with Code of Ethics
• The ability to appear for work on time
• The ability to follow directions from a supervisor
• The ability to interact effectively with co-workers
• The ability to understand and follow po
