This role is to Support the parts team managers by creation of parts kits based on competitive market intelligence of the North America market. Integrate and analyse data from internal & external sources and provide recommendations on the current and future trends of the main players in the industry. The incumbent will rely on analytical tools that will be established and maintained. The position is located in India, with global travel based on business needs.Core Accountabilities Creation of Parts kits, catalogue and search tool relevant documents and sketches. Maintaining a database of Kits and preparing the necessary formats for Engineering, Sales and project management modules Integrate quantitative and qualitative research insights to establish competitive stance of key market players in the HVAC & Fire Pump Industry (sales, ad spending, communication positioning, promotions, new product launches, corporate news, etc.) Collect, combine, and maintain external (E-comm, WPD, Service contractors & channels, campaigns and ongoing programs) and internal data (ADEPT, catalog & promos) Time distribution (%) 50% Creation of database and necessary formats for Cross-functional modules and sales enablement. 20% Competitive analysis of pumping technology, identify major competitors and research their products, sales, and marketing strategies 15% Drive Values (Selection, Availability, Ease of transaction, on-time delivery, Support) 15% Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams Role Requirements University degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering, data mining / marketing analytics. Good knowledge of the Pump sector an asset. Strong knowledge of MS Access/Excel/PowerPoint. Proven strategic and analytic skills Solid problem-solving skills Ability to synthesize complex information to present orally in a clear and concise manner Precision, thoroughness, attention to detail Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team
