In this role, you will:
• Ensure Quality Living Experiences: Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community, ensuring residents enjoy a high-quality living experience.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Utilize your technical skills to identify and address issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, sewer/water services, swimming pools, and security systems.
• Build Resident Relationships: Develop a strong rapport with residents while assisting with various general maintenance requests (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) promptly.
• Prepare Vacant Units: Work closely with the service team to ready vacant apartments per company specifications before leasing to prospective tenants.
• Enhance Property Aesthetics: Collaborate with the service team to maintain curb appeal and beauty throughout the property.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
• CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire).
• Fair housing training required; CAMT certification preferred.
• Some familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Availability for on-call duties as needed.

Pay Range: $1+.88 - $23.+2 per hour. This pay is approximate and may vary based on experience, education, and certifications.
