Job Title
A strategic digital marketing leader is sought to develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals and luxury brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop clear marketing KPIs focused on lead generation, brand engagement, and ROI.
Oversee marketing activities across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business API.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to execute targeted paid campaigns, content calendars, and performance tracking.
Monitor platform analytics and optimize content strategies for engagement.
Act as the marketing liaison with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
Ensure timely collection and dissemination of marketing-related information.
Report daily to leadership with campaign status and key updates.
Supervise content development including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaign creatives.
Execute and monitor brand and lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
Analyze campaign performance data and share concise reports with leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or travel sectors.
Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools and platforms.
Prior experience managing external agencies and small in-house teams.
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Creative flair with an eye for design, luxury aesthetics, and storytelling.
