We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Jaipur. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating communication between executives and stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, and handling daily office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
• Coordinate communication between executives and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence, utilizing strong writing and presentation skills
• Handle daily office administration, including maintaining filing systems and overseeing clerical staff
• Track and report on daily expenses, ensuring accurate and timely records
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• High discretion, follow-up skills, and professionalism
