• Prepare and manage event budgets; track costs to guarantee cost-effectiveness and make timely decisions.
• Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and event-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Handle crisis management effectively, providing quick solutions during events when needed.
• Mentor and manage junior planners and execution staff to enhance team performance.
• Conduct thorough post-event reviews, ensuring timely vendor payments and client feedback.
