• Coordinate closely with vendors - decor, catering, logistics, entertainment, and more - to ensure impeccable service quality.
• Prepare and manage event budgets; track costs to guarantee cost-effectiveness and make timely decisions.
• Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and event-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Handle crisis management effectively, providing quick solutions during events when needed.
• Mentor and manage junior planners and execution staff to enhance team performance.
• Conduct thorough post-event reviews, ensuring timely vendor payments and client feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in wedding/event planning is essential.
• Luxury or large-scale weddings experience is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and client-servicing skills are crucial for success in this role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail is vital for delivering exceptional results.
• Familiarity with Indian wedding traditions and modern trends is desirable.
