Irish Taylor is seeking an innovative and skilled Luxury Flower Designer to join our team. This role requires a passion for luxury floral design, a flair for innovation, and the ability to execute designs that align with our brand's premium identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Floral Design & Styling
- Design and curate luxurious, innovative floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and market trends.
- Incorporate packaging, scent enhancements, and other sensory elements to elevate the experience of our products and reinforce the brand’s identity and image.
- Experiment with unique props, themes, and designs to differentiate the brand in the luxury flower market.
- Ensure all designs align with the store’s brand identity, quality, and luxury standards.
- Stay updated on global luxury flower design trends and incorporate them into the brand's offerings.
- Collaborate with high-profile clients to create bespoke floral arrangements that meet and exceed expectations.
Product & Inventory Management
- Source and condition high-quality flowers to maintain freshness and longevity.
- Manage inventory, ensuring mínimal waste while maintaining an optimal selection of blooms.Creative Collaboration
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to develop seasonal collections and campaigns.
- Innovate and propose new ideas to elevate the brand’s presence in the luxury floral market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a floral designer or stylist in the luxury market (portfolio required).
- Expertise in floral design techniques, flower care, and luxury styling.
- Strong sense of creativity with an eye for detail, balance, and proportion.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to handle flowers, props, and on-site installations.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with global floral and luxury design trends.
- Experience working with high-profile clients or on luxury projects.
- Knowledge of floral packaging and presentation techniques.
Work Schedule
- Adapt to USA time zones for customer service and operational tasks.
